These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the New Era of Manhood course (the “Program”) provided by New Era Media & Consulting (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and access the Program.

2. PROGRAM FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Pricing Options

• Full Payment: $750 CAD
• Payment Plan: 3 monthly payments of $300 CAD (total $900 CAD)

2.2 Payment Commitment

• By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments regardless of participation or completion.Missed payments may result in:
  • Suspension of access
  • Removal from the Program
  • Possible collections action where applicable under Ontario law

3. REFUND POLICY (AFFILIATE-ALIGNED)

• A 14-day refund period applies from the date of purchase.
• After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable, including payment plans.

Affiliate Alignment Clause

• If a refund is issued within the 14-day window:
  • Any associated affiliate commission will be voided or reversed
• No affiliate commissions are considered earned until after the 45-day holding period has passed

4. AFFILIATE TRACKING & COMMISSION IMPACT (USER DISCLOSURE)

• Some purchases may be made through affiliate referral links
• This does not affect your purchase price
• Affiliate commissions:
  • Are paid at 40% of the course price
  • Are subject to a 45-day holding period to account for refunds, disputes, or payment failures

This ensures fairness and protects against fraudulent or reversed transactions.

5. ACCESS & LICENSE

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may NOT:

• Share login credentials
• Reproduce or distribute course materials
• Resell or repurpose content
  Violation results in termination without refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is owned by New Era Media & Consulting and protected under Canadian copyright laws.

7. COMMUNITY & CONDUCT

You agree to:

• Respect other members
• Avoid harassment or harmful behavior

Violations may result in removal without refund.

8. DISCLAIMER

This Program is for educational and personal development purposes only.
We do not guarantee:

• Personal transformation
• Financial success
• Business or career outcomes

9. INCOME DISCLAIMER

• Any income or success examples are not guarantees
• Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances
• You assume full responsibility for your decisions

10. LIABILITY WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted under Canadian law:

• You agree to use the Program at your own risk
• The Company is not liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, business, or opportunities

11. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Program does not provide:

• Medical

• Psychological advice

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for violations
• Remove access without refund in cases of misuse

We comply with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) in handling your data.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

15. MODIFICATIONS
